A corporate culture that generates value: GEWISS is Best HR Team 2025
GEWISS has recently obtained the Best HR Team 2025 Certification, an important recognition promoted by the HRC Community, the largest Italian network dedicated to Human Resources professionals. The certification is part of a structured program that values the skills, projects and results achieved by HR teams in companies that, over the year, have stood out for their innovation, people-centric strategies and meaningful organizational impact.
The selection process involved several stages: submitting at least three projects across one or more of the eight available HR areas, completing an internal assessment by the GEWISS HR team, and finally, voting by a technical jury and the HRC community itself.
Six projects that outline a shared direction
GEWISS chose to present six projects across six key HR areas: Attraction, Digital Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Leadership, Welfare & Wellbeing.
As part of the journey that led GEWISS to achieve the Best HR Team 2025 Certification, several projects - developed through the collaboration of our global HR team – played a key role in concretely representing our vision of work as a lever for sustainable and shared value.
Among the most significant initiatives is Grow Up Together, a program designed to strengthen employer branding through authentic, participatory communication actions that are aligned with our corporate identity.
Great importance was also given to the Talent Succession project, a platform that digitalizes the planning of organizational growth while ensuring continuity in key roles. Together with internal leadership development programs such as JUMP HIGHER and Future Leader Program, this project was ranked among the top ten HR initiatives of the year: an achievement that confirms the strength of our strategic approach to talent development.
Completing the picture are the Diversity & Inclusion project - which celebrates the uniqueness of individuals and promotes an increasingly inclusive environment - and numerous employee engagement initiatives, such as Open Days, AperiGec and the BeLong Award, all designed to strengthen the sense of belonging and shared culture.
Finally, the Sustainability Journey, a path based on a simple yet powerful principle: sustainability starts with people. Through awareness-raising activities, psychological counseling, and corporate volunteering, GEWISS promotes a business culture that is increasingly conscious, ethical and humane.
All submitted projects were evaluated by the HRC Community based on three strategic indicators: People Engagement, Agile Mindset and Sustainable Business Value, which reflect the cultural, operational and organizational impact generated. At the same time, this set of initiatives highlights the contribution of our international HR team, capable of turning vision and strategies into concrete practices that strengthen the corporate culture and drive its growth.
A milestone that strengthens the GEWISS’ identity
More than a milestone, the Best HR Team 2025 recognition also marks a meaningful moment of awareness: it confirms that when work is guided by consistency and passion, results follow and make a difference. For GEWISS, it also reaffirms a vision of business that looks to the future by starting with people, their uniqueness and the opportunity to grow together within a culture shared across all the Group’s countries.
