VDA Telkonet Solutions Strengthen GEWISS Group’s Offering

An investment agreement has been finalized, enabling GEWISS to acquire a stake in VDA Telkonet, with the transaction set to lead to control of the group within the first half of the year.

This milestone marks a significant step in GEWISS’ growth strategy, facilitating the integration of advanced solutions for intelligent space and energy management while further strengthening its position in the smart technology sector for hospitality. Through this agreement, the portfolio is expanded and enhanced with the objective of redefining international standards for comfort, efficiency, and sustainability in premium hospitality environments, fostering innovation and creating long-term value for customers and partners worldwide.

VDA Telkonet is an Italian multinational and a global leader in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) for the hospitality industry, with six offices across the United States, EMEIA and APAC, and operations in more than 60 countries.
