Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College needed to improve existing lighting levels throughout the campus, in particular in car parks, bus stops, and public walkways. The lighting was outdated and giving off poor light levels, and this project provided the opportunity to switch from SON lamps to more energy efficient LED lighting.

The municipality of Wetter in the north of Hesse, in central Germany has always been an important landmark in its rural surroundings.
