Quotations and metric calculations can be structured (in a tree structure), which makes it easier for the user to set up documents in a plant-consistent manner.

With this new version of the PRICE program, it is possible to customise the printouts at will by means of special commands.

For the quotation part, the program contains the entire Gewiss Price List, suitably structured, from which product codes can be taken to draw up a code list.

Codes can be entered simply by double-clicking them in the case of single entry, or by dragging them with the mouse within the estimate in the case of multiple entries.

In the structure of the quotation, there is a summary section, in which all codes in the quotation are displayed, scattered throughout the various nodes of the tree structure. In the summary, discounts can be applied to codes in a centralised manner. It is also possible for codes to be entered by the user.

Quotes obtained by importing material lists generated by other programs can be supplemented or modified as desired.

Discount (or top-up) values can be set on the individual (product) code and on the total cost in processed quotations.

For the metric calculations part, the program has a suitably structured "calculation item archive" containing innumerable items for the processing of metric calculations for the entire residential, tertiary and industrial plant: in addition to the calculation items relating to the products present in the GEWISS offer, items relating to non-GEWISS products (antennas, fans, busbar ducts, components for ground systems, etc.) are also present to complete the electrical system.

In the structure of the metric calculation, there is a summary section, in which all entries in the calculation are displayed, scattered across the various nodes of the tree structure. Metric calculations obtained by importing CAD-generated calculation entries can be supplemented with other entries.

The printout can be customised: various data can be inserted into or excluded from the printout document as desired, and the structure and layout of the various printout reports can be changed using a special print editor. 

The final document can be saved in various formats ("rtf", "pdf", "xls").
