The Paris Olympic Aquatic Centre in Saint-Denis, a French town in the Île-de-France region, is an innovative facility designed to respond to dynamic and constantly evolving needs. Its efficient and state-of-the-art infrastructures, managed by Récréa and recently built by Bouygues Construction to host artistic swimming, water polo, and diving competitions, include a main Olympic swimming pool measuring 50x25 meters and a smaller one measuring 22x25 meters.

Thirty meters high and with a total surface area of 12,000 square meters, this pioneering architectural work is especially prestigious because it was designed in anticipation of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

GEWISS contributed to the creation of the Olympic swimming pool with its SMART [PRO] 2.0 series of medium and high-power LED floodlight devices for specific applications such as sports facilities and large outdoor spaces. Highly flexible as it was designed according to the modularity of the optic group, the range uses CSP LED sources to provide the best lighting performance, simplifying the installation phase, reducing operating costs and ensuring concrete energy savings - regardless of the size or complexity of the project.

A cutting-edge lighting solution, in complete synergy with the future-oriented technology that characterizes the entire French Aquatic Centre.
