Range of Type 2 charging cables and connectors for electric vehicles, compliant with the international standards IEC 62196-1 and IEC 62196-2, and suitable for use with EV charging units according to IEC 61851. The range includes charging cables for electric vehicles, mobile Type 2 connectors with or without cable, and flushmounting Type 2 sockets equipped with safety shutters (IPXXD protection), dual drainage for water runoff, vandal-proof system, and a locking actuator that locks the shutters and interlocks the plug during energy delivery.

EQUIPMENT AND NOTES

FEATURES: Charging sockets compliant with the international standard IEC 62196-2, with an IP55 protection rating both when the connector is inserted and when the socket is unengaged.
EQUIPMENT: Locking actuator to prevent interruptions during the charging process, internal water drainage system, and micro-switches for monitoring the exact status and position of the charging socket. Equipped with an internal RGB LED lighting system to indicate the socket's status.
NOTES: The actuator connector for wiring the Type 2 socket must be purchased separately (code GWJ5901).
