For Gewiss, the adoption of clear rules of corporate governance represents a useful tool in the pursuit of efficiency, transparency, fairness, loyalty, integrity and credibility, as well as a means of enhancing the effectiveness of controls.
These rules of conduct must inspire the choices and actions of all those who act on behalf and in the interests of Gewiss S.p.A. and the other Group companies. In addition, we have decided to adopt an Organisation, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 on the administrative liability of legal entities.
