Taking up the legacy of GEWISS Professional, aimed at technical product training, since 2018 Academy has shifted its target to the GEWISS sales force, accompanying the organizational evolution to work on technical skills to support the GEWISS commercial offer in all the Group's geographies. Internally, Academy begins to support the concept of multi-channel.

Today, GEWISS Academy presents itself as a dynamic laboratory based on two fundamental principles: Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement. Academy supports the development of skills in sales roles and adaptation to different customers and channels through training programs focused on technical and commercial skills and integrated sales processes (product and service).

Academy is expanding its training models globally, adapting them to the different roles in GEWISS markets. The programs are customized, scalable and designed to ensure an optimal user experience thanks to the complete synergy between digital and experiential training.
